Shaka is the Head of Special Projects at Safaricom Limited and he has over 20-years of experience in information technology and engineering. Shaka has worked with brands such as Safaricom Limited at various capacities including Head of Service Assurance & Quality, Head of Enterprise Business Technical, Head of Access Network Planning & Support, Head of Core Network Operations, Head of Billing and Technical Support Department, Head of Operations and Maintenance Department, Head of Network Implementation Department, Roll-Out Manager, and Site Acquisition Supervisor.
He has also worked with Brown & Root Construction, later renamed Howard Humphreys (K) and Otieno Odongo & Partners. He holds a PGDip. Information Technology in Property and Construction from University of Salford, Manchester, UK and a BSc. Civil Engineering from University of Nairobi, Kenya.
