The site visit saw attendees visit Amara Ridge in Karen, The Alma in Ruaka, Taraji Heights in Ruaka and The Ridge in Ridgeways.

The participants visited The Alma which is now 55.0% sold. It is a comprehensive lifestyle development with 408 modern apartments units with impeccable finishing, a commercial and retail facility to provide basic necessities to the residents, a lifestyle clubhouse for residents, high levels of security, a borehole, an elevated playground for children and ample parking.
