Cytonn Diaspora, an affiliate of Cytonn Investments, hosted the 2016 Property Bus Tour on 17 December, 2016. The tour brought together Kenyans returning home for the holidays with Cytonn’s in-house real estate research team for a presentation on property law and investment. Following the presentation, attendees toured signature properties in Nairobi and the city’s outlying satellite towns while Cytonn Staff discussed the developments, infrastructure, and amenities that anchored property values and underpinned the investment case for the areas visited on the route.

The tour then headed to Ridgeways to the future home of The Ridge, a comprehensive luxury development in Ridgeways that sold 20% of its units at launch. The attendants also visited Taraji Heights, our accessible, acclaimed and luxurious development in Ruaka.
