Today, Cytonn Real Estate, together with Kilimanjaro Construction, the contractor at Amara, a 100% sold out landmark gated community development in Karen, shared lunch with the workers on ground. This is part of spreading cheer to all those who have worked to deliver the most aspirational development to our clients and home-buyers, during the festive Christmas season.

The project, which is near completion, and scheduled for handover by Q1’2017, is being developed by Cytonn Real Estate, the development affiliate of Cytonn Investments. It is also a project that has seen Cytonn Real Estate set new industry standards in the Kenyan real estate market for gated community developments, and has also delivered returns of 33% to financiers of the project, Taaleri of Finland.
Robert Mwebi, the Project Manager at Amara ridge thanked the workers for the dedication to the project since it began. “It is through your dedication and effort that this project has come to fruition. This lunch is just a small token of appreciation for all the work done in this project” Robert noted.

Harry Oyolla, the administrative architect at Amara, also thanked the team for the work and effort they have put in, since the project began in September 2015. “We are 80% done with the project already. We will, however, continue to demand quality and excellence from you to ensure we deliver to promise on these homes we embarked on building for our homeowners” he noted.
