Cytonn Cash Management Solutions, Cytonn CMS, is an investment partnership for individual high net-worth investors and institutions seeking high yield. Cytonn CMS has employed Cytonn Investments as the Principal Partner in the partnership. In a bid to enhance governance and in line with global standards, Cytonn CMS has established an Advisory Board to oversee the affairs of the Principal Partner. Investment partners of Cytonn CMS elected their Advisory Board members pursuant to the Partnership Agreement of Cytonn CMS.

At the Inaugural Advisory Board meeting, the members also elected the chair; Mr. Shaka Kwach as Chairman of the Advisory Board.
