At Cytonn, we strongly believe in an open and transparent culture where we are able to establish a sense of communication with our stakeholders and encourage open discussions between all staff to find areas of improvement as a firm.

Today, we held our quarterly forum for staff engagement dubbed Open To Talk, where we came together as a firm, recognized our milestones, aired out our dirty laundry in terms of addressing concerns raised by our employees and reminded ourselves of our goals and vision as a firm.

Cytonn Investments Managing Partner & CEO facilitating the forum.

The session was candid and interactive and one of the key take points was the need to be share information as openly and frankly as possible to build trust in our brand from within. Speaking at the event, Edwin H. Dande, Managing Partner & CEO, said that “the forum has enabled us to cultivate a spirit of openness and transparency with which we engage our staff as well as other key stakeholders such as our clients”.

Cytonn Team enjoys a light moment at the event.

Many issues occurring in the workplace today can be resolved through better communication, and this initiative has gone a long way in facilitating the dissemination of crucial information as well as encouraging collaboration and communication across our capable team.
