Cytonn Investments treated its staff members to a team building event themed ‘Jeans & Boots’ on the 16th March 2018 at the Public Service Club grounds in Nairobi. The event organized by the Cytonn Team Building Committee (Cytonn TBC) was also held by the team in our Mt. Kenya Region office in Nyeri and brought together staff to have fun and interact with colleagues from other departments in a bid to improve work relations while enhancing efficiency in service delivery. This event was part of the quarterly team building events that are held by Cytonn TBC.

Our Mt. Kenya Region team in their full gear.

The event began with the recognition of staff members who had exceeded their targets for the quarter and rightfully earned promotions. Team members who were celebrating birthdays in the Month of March were also treated to a sumptuous cake to mark this life achievement, and the privilege of receiving a birthday song from the entire Cytonn fraternity. New members of staff also received an official welcome to the firm and urged to give their best, to ensure we always exceed our clients’ expectations, so that the firm and clients succeed.

Speaking while officially opening the event, Cytonn Investments Managing Partner & CEO, Edwin H. Dande, appreciated the staff for their hard work and dedication in the first quarter of 2018. The event also provided the opportunity to brief staff on the milestones the company had achieved so far while urging them on to keep working hard in order to meet and exceed clients’ expectations.

The event facilitated by the Blaze Team also involved a host of fun activities such as dancing, karaoke, staff mock awards, photography, dinner, refreshments and other frivolity. Staff members were also engaged in networking sessions and friendly rivalry as they cheered on staff from their respective departments.
