At Cytonn we thrive by building strong teams. On Saturday, 9th September 2017, the Cytonn team held a team building cum sports day at Parklands Sports Club. The highly engaging and fun filled event was facilitated by Blaze Consulting and provided a rare glimpse of Cytonn staff adorning trendy sports gear, a departure from the formal office attires that go with the business. The staff were randomly placed into different competing teams to enhance fair competition.
The activities and competitions were organized by Cytonn's Team Building Committee (TBC), and included Shoe Pile, Chinese Soccer, and an eating competition, among others. The teams poured their hearts out with outstanding performers feted with trophies and shopping vouchers for their hard work and initiative.
Daniel Mainye, Cytonn Technologies Business Manager, bagged the prize for the best sprinter in the men’s category, with Ann Nyambura, Real Estate Analyst, leading the pack in the female’s category.
The overall winners of the staff sports day were "Team White", popularly known as The Money Team (TMT), having brushed aside stiff competition from the first runners-up, “Team Red” and “Team Blue” who came third.
The TBC organizes and oversees successful team building activities at Cytonn that provide all staff the opportunity to have fun and interact with colleagues from other departments in a bid to improve work relations while enhancing efficiency in service delivery.
