Cytonn Investments hosted its clients for the End of Year Annual Client Appreciation Dinner on the 30th of December, 2017 at Safari Park Hotel. The event was aimed at appreciating our clients for their continued support and to celebrate milestones achieved in the year in our core business areas of the Real Estate Investments and Private Equity.

Mr. James Maina, a Board Member at Cytonn, expressed his gratitude to the clients for attending the dinner and choosing to invest with the company. “We have come through a long turbulent year, which has been a tough season for Real Estate,” said Mr. Maina. He further urged the attendees to take advantage of the low season provided by the holidays, “A good investor is one who makes hay while the sun shines as the low season is the best time to get a good product that no one can be able to have.”
Shiv Arora, the Financial Controller, took the clients through the key highlights of the year. “Our profits and returns have grown tremendously due to the support of our clients, robust processes, superior products, our people and distribution.”
Edwin H. Dande, the Managing Partner & CEO, apprised the clients on the company’s expansion plans and attributed it to the great customer loyalty. He noted, “We plan to expand our portfolio to include Cytonn Hospitality, Cytonn Residences and Cytonn Education Services in an effort to spread our risk in line with the financial regulation requirements.”
The clients were treated to an entertaining night of karaoke, fine dining and dancing. The lucky ones got a chance to win vouchers for participating in fun trivia questions, karaoke, as well as check-in early. They were also treated to an exemplary performance by the renowned Safari Cats.
