Cytonn Real Estate, the development affiliate of Cytonn Investments, held an open day on 7th July 2018. The day was an opportunity to show case the complete Amara Ridge, a distinctive and luxurious gated community development in Karen. The event targeted investors looking to invest in real estate.
The clients got to interact with some of our Real Estate Financial Advisors as they viewed the houses and got to know more on the various payment plans and investment returns on the development. One of the clients expressed their satisfaction towards the completion of the project noting that, “It is a pleasant surprise to see how beautiful the houses looked, Cytonn has delivered to promise.”
The session culminated in an interactive session that was conducted by Wambui Weru, Finance and Administration Manager at Cytonn Investments. The Amara Ridge project has been handed over to Cytonn Properties, an affiliate of Cytonn Real Estate that provides a wide range of differentiated real estate agency services, property management and facilities management solutions to our clients. Cytonn Properties will oversee Amara Ridge’s facility management, which involves letting of all vacant spaces, lease administration, financial management of properties under Facility and Properties Management (FPM) mandate, building maintenance management, service providers management (landscaping, cleaning, garbage collection, security management) property reports and any other responsibilities relating to the property.
