Cytonn Real Estate, a leading real estate developer in the region, with over Kshs. 82 Billion in real estate projects under mandate, today held an Open Day at The Alma, a comprehensive lifestyle development project in Ruaka. The aim of the open day was to showcase the progress of the development by displaying the completed show houses to their existing and potential clients.

Speaking during the event, David Mutua, the Project Manager, said that the Alma has experienced significant progress since its ground-breaking on 11th April 2016 with early investors making returns of up to 55%. “We are committed to delivering an exceptional project that will produce 453 homes and over 1000 job opportunities to the community,” noted David. He further re-affirmed the Project Management team’s commitment towards delivering the best quality product within the specified timelines.

The Project Architect, Mr. Wachira Macharia of Buni Designs, promised the clients exceptional units upon the end of the project. “Once the project is done, we guarantee you that the quality and the standard of the houses will be above what we have delivered in the show houses’’, noted Wachira.

“The Alma is over 50% sold and the unit prices are expected to hike by 15% by January 2018,” said Mr. James Maina, the Development Manager and board member at Cytonn. “We are working to deliver quality and aspirational homes that encourage great community living,” he added. “We expect to deliver the project by the end of the first quarter of 2019” noted Angelina Mutava, Clerk of Works at the Alma. “We always work towards delivering quality as well as ensuring that our workmanship meets the required building standards” noted Angelina. The Open Day gave clients a chance to see the project milestones achieved so far.

The Alma is a comprehensive lifestyle development encompassing 453 modern apartments with impeccable finishes, a retail facility, swimming pools, a gymnasium facility, a nursery school and elevated playing fields and gardens. The project has offered over 1000 jobs mainly to residents of Ruaka Town.
