On Tuesday 27th March 2018, Cytonn Real Estate (CRE), the development affiliate of Cytonn Investments, hosted Project Management students from Mt Kenya University at The Alma, a Kshs 4.0 bn development projects in Ruaka, Kiambu County.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the students, who major in Real Estate Management, to the construction and management of real estate developments, as part of their course work. During the visit, the students were taken round by Raphael Mwaniki, the Clerk of Works at The Alma. He talked about the nature of the Real Estate industry, particularly in construction and development of apartments.

Kevin Koech, one of the students who participated in the guided tour of the development, expressed his gratitude to Cytonn for the initiative and affirmed that he and his peers had learnt a lot about their profession from the visit.

The visit was part of Cytonn’s commitment to training and mentorship through the Cytonn Foundation, Cytonn’s Corporate Social Investment arm, for students and recent graduates who are seeking to gain practical experience in various fields in the corporate world.
