Week 8 of The Cytonn eHub Season 2 saw the participants introduced to the concept of building a brand for their businesses. The session facilitated by Michael Okinda, a Manager at Consolidated Bank and part-time lead consultant in Personal Branding and Coaching, reiterated the need for creativity in finding the right fit as startups seek to build a unique brand identity.
While drawing from examples of companies in the Kenyan and global industry that have built known brands for themselves, Michael stressed the importance of a brief, but catchy message that sets your brand apart from the rest. “
