On Thursday, 14th December 2017 Cytonn Real Estate, the development affiliate of Cytonn Investments marked the beginning of the festive season by serving lunch to over 650 laborers on their signature developments, The Alma in Ruaka and The Ridge located at Ridgeways. The event was aimed at appreciating the site employees’ devotion and effort throughout the year as they worked towards achieving Cytonn Real Estate’s objective of delivering comprehensive and quality homes.
David Mutua, the Project Manager at The Alma, appreciated the laborers for their contribution to the achievements made on the project in the year 2017. “The progress we have seen at The Alma this year would not have been possible without your input. Thank you for your hard work and effort,” said David.
Martin Gitonga, Cytonn Real Estate Senior Project Manager encouraged the laborers to keep up with the good work and appreciated their continued efforts on the projects. “We appreciate the hard work put in to see that Cytonn Real Estate developments are completed within the promised timelines,” noted Martin.
‘We thank Cytonn for the lunch as this has made us all feel included and appreciated for the efforts put in daily to see this project succeed,” said Simon Kiarie a site worker at The Alma.
The lunch is part of celebrations organized by Cytonn at the end of each year to appreciate efforts put in by the Team towards delivering its promise to clients.
