Cytonn Real Estate, the development affiliate of Cytonn Investments today hosted its Independent Financial Advisers and Market Intermediaries to introduce them to their most recent investment opportunity, Cytonn Project Notes.

The IFAs and Market intermediaries were hosted to an exclusive invite-only breakfast at the Sarova Panafric where they were taken through the Cytonn Project Notes, which is an investment opportunity for real estate investors to earn up to 20 percent p.a returns by investing in a pool of specific de-risked Cytonn Real Estate projects over a defined period.

Speaking at the event, Elizabeth N. Nkukuu, CFA, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Cytonn Real Estate said that the Cytonn has unique concept designs that arise from partnerships with global consultants in countries such as Dubai, bringing superior quality products to the market. "Our concept development team in collaboration with the project management function work tirelessly to deliver the products of the firm to the clients and investors”

Cytonn Managing Partner and CEO Edwin Dande, speaking at the same event noted that independent distributors account for 40% of the distribution done by Cytonn adding that since the year began, they have achieved over Ksh 1 Billion in real estate sales. “we value our independent distributors and endeavour to provide the best support in terms of client service, product materials, no cost branding and a good pay structure to ensure continued partnership and growth.” he added. The CEO also unveiled plans of an IFA online system which will make it easier for independent distributors to manage and track their sales.

Business Development Analyst George Ngingo who coordinates IFA activities noted, “At Cytonn we are not only concerned about making money for our clients, but also building people through creation of jobs by identifying strategic partners from whom we can mutually benefit. In this light, our IFAs are a core part of our business dealings and we appreciate their work.” The meeting also saw three IFAs awarded for their exceptional performance on sales.
