Cytonn Investments Management Limited today arranged a meeting between two international institutional investors, Farazad Investments and Taaleritehdas Private Equity, and the Governor of Nairobi City County, Honorable Dr. Evans Kidero.

The meeting was aimed at discussing the many attractive investment opportunities that are available in Nairobi County. With the improving Public Private Partnership framework in the country, there are a number of ways that governments and the private sector can team up to provide basic services such as housing.

Cytonn Investments is keen to explore possible partnerships with Nairobi and other counties looking for foreign investors for real estate projects. Taaleritehdas is already financing real estate projects in Nairobi, Kiambu and Meru counties through various local partners, including Cytonn.

Additionally, Cytonn Diaspora, our U.S affiliate is focused on attracting Kenyan diaspora investment funds back into the country to finance development initiatives in counties.
